When instructed by Elfion's support personnel to initiate a remote support session, please perform the following steps to connect to support service:

  • Click on "TeamViewer for Remote Support" icon to download the TeamViewer Quick Support application

  • Ensure your security settings and pop-up blocker allow for downloading and installing the application

  • When prompted, click on "Run" to install the application.

  • For Windows Vista/7 users, if prompted with "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?", click on "Yes" to continue.

  • After the application is successfully installed, user will see the TeamViewer QuickSupport window with "Your ID" and "Password" value. Please provide the ID in "Your ID" and password to support personnel to connect to your desktop and start remote support session.
